Victoria de Monumento – a new 59-floor high- rise condominium building is about to rise at Morning Breeze, Caloocan City in Metro Manila.

A project of New San Jose Builders, Inc. (NSJBI) the ground breaking ceremony was held last week with NSJBI Chairman Dr. Jose Rizalino Acuzar and Caloocan City Mayor Oscar Malapitan leading the milestone event.

“We thank New San Jose Builders for their trust in the city of Caloocan. Building this establishment opens up many job opportunities for our residents, and paves the way to our goal of being a tiger economy,” said Malapitan. “With this development, I hope that we will be able to uplift our 7th place among the richest cities in the country.”

Located along Calle Uno in a lot previously occupied by a marketplace and a jeepney terminal, Victoria de Monumento is going to be a vertical mixed-use development with a total of 216,340 square meters of floor area.

The project is composed of two (2) Residential Towers. Tower 1 will have 32 residential floors while Tower 2 will have 36 residential floors. A total of 6,000 residential units with 11 parking floors and two (2) commercial floors.

The size of the residential units will range from 23 sqm to 200 sqm. Selling price will be in the 2.5 million to 20 million range bracket targeting middle-income buyers and businesses in Caloocan and nearby cities. Pre-selling will start within the month.

The development will also dedicate 40,000 sqm for its Gym, Gaming Facility, Lap Pool, Basketball Court, a Hotel, Health-and-Wellness Space and Movie House.

Project completion is set 3 to 5 years from now and by that time, will be the biggest or tallest man-made structure in Caloocan City.
