Haier Philippines, in a fantastic team-up with Abenson, pulled out all the stops for an experience-driven event at Abenson’s Quezon Avenue Flagship Store. From the moment I walked in, there was an incredible buzz in the air. Media personalities Aiyana Perlas and Noel Blanco kicked things off with such lively energy, setting the perfect tone for an afternoon packed with exciting reveals and insights.

One of the first things that really resonated with me was when Ms. Angeli Patricio, Senior Marketing Manager of Haier Philippines, spoke. She emphasized that this wasn’t just about another TV joining the lineup. Ms. Apple Ma, Marketing Head of Abenson, echoed this sentiment beautifully. She spoke about Abenson’s pride in being the exclusive partner for this launch and how they’re always focused on helping families upgrade their entertainment experiences. Her words, “It’s about pushing the boundaries of how we see, hear, and experience the world from our living rooms,” really painted a picture of what this new TV aims to achieve.

The absolute highlight of the afternoon was, of course, the official unveiling! Mr. Xuhong Yan, CEO & President of Haier Philippines, along with Ms. Joy De Leon from Abenson, did the honors. And when that screen lit up… wow! The clarity and vibrant colors were truly something to behold. We got a real-time glimpse into the Haier Mini LED TV’s capabilities, designed with True Color Pro technology for incredible color accuracy, ultra-fine contrast thanks to its mini LED backlighting, and powerful AI integration for seamless smart home compatibility.
Following the unveiling, Product Manager Mr. Jayden gave us a deeper dive into the TV’s cutting-edge features. We’re talking 4K HDR resolution, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos for that cinema-quality viewing and sound (hello, movie nights!), Game Mode Pro for responsive, lag-free gameplay (gamers, rejoice!), and even voice-activated controls through its built-in AI. It’s clear that Haier is truly redefining the home entertainment experience with user-focused design at its core.
Celebrity Insights and Tech Wizardry
To add to the excitement, we had some fantastic special guests! OPM icon Chito Miranda, gaming content creator Cherizawa, and lifestyle personality Shanaia Gomez all shared how the Haier Mini LED TV seamlessly fits into their daily lives. Whether it was for music, gaming, or general smart home living, their personal anecdotes really highlighted the TV’s immersive visuals, smart features, and sleek design. Beyond the presentations, the event itself was a lovely experience. There were elegant performances, including a live violinist (which was such a nice touch!), engaging raffle draws, and best of all, a dedicated demo zone! This was my favorite part, as it allowed us to truly get up close and personal with the Haier Mini LED TV and experience its features firsthand.
In his closing speech, Mr. Xuhong Yan beautifully reaffirmed Haier’s commitment to innovation and delivering valuable technology to us Filipino consumers. “This launch is just the beginning,” he said, adding, “We are building a smarter, brighter future—one home at a time.”
