Leading Filipino life insurance company InLife received two awards at the recently held ESGBusiness Awards 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The country’s first and largest Filipino life insurance company won two awards in the Job Creation and Economic Resilience Award Category. InLife’s employee program that rewards performance, supports career development, and promotes holistic wellness won under the Reward and Recognition Award – Philippines subcategory. InLife Foundation’s Gold Eagle College Scholarship and Skills Training Programs, meanwhile, won under the Economic Empowerment Award – Philippines subcategory.
InLife Chief Sustainability Officer Noel Andres M. Perdigon said this double win highlights the company’s commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. “Our employee and community programs attest to our mission of leading Filipinos to ‘A Lifetime For Good.’ As we celebrate 115 years of service to Filipinos this year, these awards will further inspire us to continue doing good for our employees and our communities,” he said.
The ESGBusiness Awards honors businesses that demonstrate outstanding commitment and achievement in ESG practices. It acknowledges companies that are actively working towards sustainable development goals and creating a meaningful impact.
Early this month, InLife’s Talent Management and Development Program won a Gold Award at the inaugural Inquirer ESG Edge Impact Awards 2025. This recognition highlights the company’s commitment to nurturing a work culture that promotes career progression, personal and professional growth , and lifelong learning.
