Taiwan's FuBear Celebrates Eldar the Wizard’s Birthday at EK

Ever wondered what happens when two mascots from different worlds collide to celebrate a milestone? We found out firsthand at Enchanted Kingdom’s “Eldar’s Mega Birthday Bash” on August 2, 2025. In a truly magical moment, FuBear, the adorable and motivating mascot of Taiwan Excellence, made its official Philippine debut to celebrate with none other than Enchanted Kingdom’s very own Eldar the Wizard.

The atmosphere was electric as FuBear stepped onto the stage at the Spaceport Grounds. This wasn’t just any appearance; it was a mission of excellence! FuBear personally delivered a gift and a high five to Eldar, a gesture that symbolized a shared spirit of spreading joy and excellence to millions of Filipino families for 30 incredible years. It was a heartwarming sight that truly kicked off the birthday festivities in style.

But the fun didn’t stop there. After the ceremony, FuBear roamed the park, spreading cheer and high fives to everyone it met. From long-time followers to new fans, parkgoers were delighted by FuBear’s presence. There was a buzz of excitement as people of all ages stopped to take pictures and share a high five with the friendly bear, making their Enchanted Kingdom experience even more memorable.

We even caught up with a parkgoer, a mother of two who was enjoying a day of family bonding. “Seeing FuBear was definitely a welcome surprise and a great addition to our day,” she shared with a smile. “I’ve been following FuBear on social media because it’s such a super cute mascot all while being so motivating. My kids and I were so excited when we got high fives from the real-life FuBear!”

This incredible first public appearance in the Philippines is just the beginning for FuBear. It’s clear that FuBear’s mission to encourage the spirit of excellence through a simple high five is already making a huge impact.

Who is FuBear?

Origin: FuBear hails from Taiwan, the country of origin of Taiwan Excellence.
Likeness: It is shaped in the likeness of the Formosan Black Bear, Taiwan’s national animal.

The Taiwan Excellence Symbol: This symbol, which features a logo of a stylized ‘T’ on a red background, serves as a mark of distinction for products that represent Taiwan’s commitment to innovation and quality.
Global Recognition: Taiwan Excellence brings together a wide range of products from various industries, including IT, electronics, sports and leisure, and more, and promotes them on the global stage.
