RHIAN RAMOS is all set to host “Where in Manila” – a new travel and lifestyle show that will air every Saturday beginning March 8 at 11:30pm on GMA Network replacing Dear SV as Sam Verzosa (Rhian’s boyfriend) takes a break to run for the mayoral seat in Manila.
Where in Manila will take viewers on a journey of discovering Manila and its many underrated facets that even Manileños don’t know about.
Food adventures, local fad and cuisines will of course take centerstage, with her being a self-confessed foodie, but Rhian said that Where in Manila is going to be more than that. It’s a show about uncovering the history and the cultural significance of the places and trends that is currently shaping Manila to what it is today.
Produced by TV8 Media, Where in Manila was a concept inspired by Sam Verzosa’s many wonderful stories of Manila but will take a much deeper dive into the people, places and culture.
It was rumored that Rhian Ramos was supposed to take over the hosting of Dear SV when Sam Verzosa (SV) begins his campaigns, but SV said during the When in Manila launch event at Winford Hotel that “Rhian deserves her very own show.”
Aside from Where in Manila, Rhian Ramos will also be in “Sang’gre” – the spinoff to the iconic Kapuso Fantaserye “Encantadia,” where she will play the role of Mitena working alongside the new keepers of the brilyantes: Flamarra (Faith Da Silva), Deia (Angel Guardian), Adamus (Kelvin Miranda), and Terra (Bianca Umali).
