Due to the persistent cancellation of classes because of the intense heat, McDonald’s is pleased to declare that its Night Classroom initiative will now offer morning and afternoon sessions as well! Between May 13 and 31, the McDonald’s Day and Night Classroom will run at 131 selected stores, with sessions from 7am-11am and 2pm-4am on the subsequent day.

“McDonald’s has always been supporting Filipino learners, especially during the toughest times. Amidst multiple class suspensions due to the heat, it was a quick decision for us to extend McClassroom hours to provide students a cool, safe, and comfortable study space for their studies,” says Meryl Adiel T. Hernandez, Assistant Vice President Corporate Relations and Impact Golden Arches Development Corporation.

The McDonald’s Day and Night Classroom builds on the previous program, which saw students nationwide signing up for slots in dedicated study areas featuring cool and safe study space, ample lighting, and gadget charging ports. Free unlimited wi-fi enables students and teachers alike to engage with their online classes.

To reserve a slot in the McDonald’s Day and Night Class, students and teachers may register for slots at least one day before by scanning the designated QR code and completing the online form at their nearest participating restaurant. Once confirmed, participants will be eligible for exclusive discounts on their favorite McDonald’s food via the McDo App from 10.30am-4am. To keep them motivated, they’ll also can receive a FREE 16oz Coke McFloat for every McDonald’s App Night Classroom product offer!

When it’s time to beat the heat while hitting the books, students and teachers can rest well knowing that McDonald’s has their back.
