The Philippines’ Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry is proud to announce its recognition as home to some of the Philippines Best Workplaces 2024, honored by Great Place To Work in an awards ceremony at Grand Hyatt Manila last March 19. IT-BPM companies stand out for their excellence in workplace culture. 

Among the winners are members of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP). In addition to the IBPAP member companies, 11 other IT-BPM firms have also been recognized for their outstanding workplace environments.

This strategic move aims to position the industry as a hub of creativity and opportunity, with ambitious goals to make it a $59 billion powerhouse by 2028, generating 2.5 million meaningful jobs.
