There’s a new food hub in Barangay Laging Handa, Diliman Quezon City offering some of newest and most exciting food choices that you won’t find anywhere in Mega Manila.

ELEMENTS HALL AT RALLOS is a two-story complex that’s bound to redefine what a QC Food Park is all about. There’s always something for everyone at Elements Hall, whether you’re visiting for a heavy meal, a light snack or something to go or for “Pasalubong”, you’re sure to find it here.

The grand inauguration of the complex was held last Saturday (March 3) with MJ&K Holdings, Inc. Sales & Marketing Manager Robert Yap Jr., leading the whole event and welcoming all the media, partners and guests.

As of last Saturday, ELEMENTS HALL AT RALLOS already has ten food stalls and restaurants that are now ready to open their doors to the public. Three stores are located at the ground floor area, two stores on the second floor and the second level Picnic Grounds, which is like a food court that currently houses five food stalls.

GROUND FLOOR

Nina’s Sweet Delicacies by Eurobake – specializes on Inipit and other pasalubong items.

Cold DeliBEERy – serves cold beer and grilled beer matches like pork barbecue, liempo and isaw.

Mantaro – lets its dine-in customers taste authentic peruvian cuisines like Cerviche de Pescado and Arroz con Mariscos among many others.

SECOND FLOOR

Red Pineapple – a Chinese dim sum place that brings traditional Cantonese flavors into the Philippines. Their specialties ranges from siomai to taipao (extra large siopao).

Twa Pak To – which literally means “Big Tummy” in Chinese is a restaurant that specializes on delicious Chinese roasting delicacies, braised meats, noodles and the country’s very first leche flan shake.

PICNIC GROUNDS

Cluckys – serves traditional fried chickens with a twist plus side dishes like salad, parmesan fries, dirty rice and torikatsu chicken burger.

Gelato Lab – offers all natural and high quality gelato. I have tasted a combination of their sea salt caramel and coffee stracciatella and it’s so delicious.

18 Days Coffee Roaster – lets you create your own blend  and roast your own coffee.

Mang Max Big Belly Lechon – is so self-explanatory 🙂 But you can have your specialty Lechon in regular or spicy.

Bibi-Waf Bibingka Waffle – uniquely this store serves a combination of Pinoy bibingka and American-style waffle.

MORE stores are opening soon.
