As part of commemorating the company’s 25 years in the country and of implementing its nationwide expansion strategy, Brother Philippines officially opened its newest extension office in Zamboanga City. This significant milestone forms part of a strategic move to strengthen the presence of Brother Philippines in Mindanao and live up to its “At Your Side” brand promise.
The newly opened 50-square-meter facility, located at the CCL Building in Canelar, Zamboanga City, is designed as a one‑stop hub for sales support, technical services, and product demonstrations, making Brother’s world‑class solutions more accessible to local customers.
The Zamboanga extension office represents solidifying the company’s ties to Mindanao beyond its established operations in Davao City. With this recent development, Brother Philippines can now serve a growing number of customers, dealers, and business partners from office workers, homebased users, entrepreneurs and even to large-scale enterprises in Zamboanga Peninsula.

The Zamboanga office also features a product showcase area where guests can explore Brother’s latest solutions in printing, scanning, labeling, and other technology. A dedicated team of expert personnel is also stationed in the office to provide assistance and solutions for its variety of customers with diverse needs.
The inauguration of the Zamboanga office followed the recent relocation of the Brother Philippines’ Iloilo extension office in February 2026 from Barangay Mabolo to General Luna Street in Iloilo City proper. The move was done to accommodate expanded service and parts support, and also to serve as space for training dealers and partners in Western Visayas.
The Iloilo City and Zamboanga City new offices underscore the company’s commitment to bring quality and better services closer to the provinces.
