Carelon Global Solutions Philippines has emerged at the no. 3 spot of the recently unveiled list of 2026 Best Workplaces in Philippines by Great Place To Work during the awarding ceremony last March 19 at Conrad Manila in Pasay.
The recognition marked a significant improvement for the company from 9th place in last year’s rankings, which measures employee trust and workplace satisfaction. The award, under the large category or companies with more than 1,000 employees, also aligns with Carelon Global Solutions Philippines’ objective to promote and increase higher-value and complex types of work in the country.
The push for higher-value work is the company’s response to a recent report from the International Labour Organization which found that informal jobs are rising globally this year and impacting workers with “limited access to social protection, rights at work, and job security.”
“Given the various industry headwinds we’ve faced, the company has since made it a point to be on the frontier of expanding capabilities, upskilling employees, and elevating the quality of work,” said Nicki Agcaoili, chief country executive of Carelon Global Solutions Philippines. “We also talk to our people directly and regularly to know how best to take care of them and provide what they need to be the best version of themselves.”
The company, which specializes in contact center operations and clinical nurse operations, implements social protection initiatives like meal subsidies, 24/7 clinics for medical needs, transportation allowances, and several other programs.
Carelon Global Solutions Philippines also protects the rights of its employees through the workplace culture of genuine care and trust that it has cultivated throughout the years. This culture has also been extended to senior citizens, as the company welcomed over 20 skilled Filipinos over the age of 60 who still wish to earn a living past the usual retirement age.

Agcaoili said the accolades reflect the company’s view of employees as valuable solution-finders who are encouraged to be critical, challenge, and help in improving processes.
