As part of the competitive IT and business process management (IT-BPM) industry in the country, Carelon Global Solutions Philippines, which specializes in simplifying complex healthcare processes, considers its inclusion in the prestigious ranking as key to attracting and retaining world-class Filipino employees as well as sustaining its growth.

Fortune unveiled the 100 Best Companies To Work For in Southeast Asia last December 2, based on confidential employee feedback gathered by Great Place To Work. The surveys assess how well companies establish trust, fairness, and purpose, and how consistently these values are lived in the organization.
