The Asian Consulting Group (ACG) successfully convened the 2025 International Tax and Investment Conference on March 26 at the Manila Marriott Hotel in Pasay City. The conference brought together prominent industry leaders, policymakers, and sustainability advocates to engage in discussions surrounding ESG investing, responsible business practices, and sustainable tourism initiatives.
Dubbed as FAST FORWARD 2025, this very significant event focused mainly on the intersection of tax policies, investment trends, and sustainable development, with particular emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.
The conference featured a keynote address by SEC Chairman and CEO Emilio Aquino, an economic briefing by the World Bank courtesy of Senior Economist Jaffar Al Rakabi, and an executive panel discussion with top decision-makers shaping the future of sustainable investments.
The discussions were divided into three segments covering the following topics:
- Sustainable Cities, Travel and Tourism (moderated by Regina Hing)

- Fashion, Film and Art (moderated by Bea Binene)

Panel 1: Hon. Sharlene Batin (Assistant Secretary, DOT), Illac Angelo Diaz (Founder & Executive Director, Liter of Light), Ceejay Hernandez (Head of Sustainability, HSBC Philippines), and Jericho Go (SVP & Business Unit General Manager, Robinsons Land Corporation)
