The event, held at SM Megamall’s Mega Fashion Hall and hosted by Luane Dy Gonzalez, included appearances by Sam YG, Janeena Chan, Bigboy Cheng, and Donny Pangilinan. Representatives from the Philippine Society of Sleep Medicine (PSSM), a professional organization of licensed sleep specialists, were also in attendance.
Dr. Jimmy Chang, VP of PSSM, delivered an insightful presentation emphasizing the importance of sleep health and providing practical sleep hygiene recommendations.
