BellaVita Land Corporation Vice President and Chief Operating Officer May Platero-Rodriguez is hailed Personality of the Year at the recently concluded The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards by Lamudi at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila.
This is in recognition of Platero-Rodriguez’s overall body of work in real estate development. With over 25 years under her belt, she has become a prominent voice in the industry, pushing forth advocacies that embody Ayala Land Incorporated’s mission of “enriching land, and enhancing lives.”
“It is with pride and joy to be an instrument in improving the lives of our fellow Filipinos through the provision of the most basic need which is housing, and this extends not only in the boundaries of Ayala Land, but the industry as a whole”, says Platero-Rodriguez, who is also a two-time National President of the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) in 2021 and 2022.
BellaVita Land Corporation has also been nominated for the Best Affordable Development in Luzon for BellaVita Alaminos for meeting the demand for affordable homes in the Philippines.
The awards ceremony, as it returns after a two-year hiatus, is dedicated to highlighting and celebrating the resilience and excellence of property players throughout these years.
