Wagakki Band’s song Aria of life is used for the opening of  the TV Anime series MARS RED, which has just aired this April. The animated opening video which was released for the first time on the second episode of the Anime has delighted the viewers.

The original music video (Wagakki Band version) of Aria of Life reached a million views as soon as it was released. This animated music video of Aria of Life, which aired today (19th of April), shows a sneak-peek into the future of MARS RED.

MARS RED is originally a music recitation drama and this series is the first animated production for TV. The TV Anime series has been created with amazing talents and has gained great attention.

Written by Bun-O Fujisawa who is the leading person of the world of music recitation drama. MARS RED’s character draft was created by Kemuri Karakara (‘Donten ni Warau-Laughing under the cloud ‘and ‘Rengou ni Warau’).

Series composition and screenplay was done by Junichi Fujisaku (screenplay of ‘Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex’ and director, series composition, direction and screenplay of ‘Blood+’)

MARS RED tells the story of the ’16th Special Force’, known as ‘Code Zero’, which is a unit formed to fight against vampires by the Japanese government in Taisho era.

The anime currently airs on Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation, TOKYO MX and is available for watching worldwide through Bilibili and Funimation.
