ONE GREAT LOVE is coming on Christmas day as Regal Entertainment brings together three (3) of the country’s most sought after actors for the first time – Kim Chiu, JC De Vera and Dennis Trillo.
Directed by Eric Quizon, ONE GREAT LOVE is Regal’s official entry to the Metro Manila Film Festival 2018 and is the only “solid” love story in the batch.
Kim Chiu plays the role of Zyra, a woman who believes that love will complete her and will bring her joy.
Considered as her most daring and most mature role in the big screen, Kim’s love scenes became the headlines of major entertainment news pages since it was first announced.Â
In a recent blog conference held in San Juan, Kim stressed that the love scenes were all necessary to complete the story and assured her fans that it was done in good taste. The movie being a PG is proof that the scenes will not shock the public.
Dennis Trillo plays the role of Ian, Zyra’s friend who will eventually fall in love with her – which triggers the complication in the story.
During the conference, Dennis said that working with Kim is a dream but admitted to the online media that he was nervous on the set at first. Mainly because the movie has a Kapamilya-heavy cast and he’s from the Kapuso camp and it’s his first time working with most of them.
According to the cast, ONE GREAT LOVE will introduce moviegoers to a number of relatable characters – whether you the type who are clingy or someone who are willing to let go, they promised that through the film, you will be able to understand yourself more.Â
The fill also stars Miles Ocampo (Jemi), Marlo Mortel (Bryan), Nina Dolino (Annie) and Direk Eric (Dante, Zyra’s father).Â
