F1 Hotel Manila welcomed the Year of the Earth Dog with the traditional Chinese New Year Lion Dance and an auspicious Asian themed buffet.

The Chinese Lunar New Year celebration at F1 Hotel Manila last February 16 (Friday) was led by the hotel’s department heads, with Hotel Director Cindy Brual, instigating the whole ritual. Red lanterns and envelopes were all over the hotel as these deliver wealth and good fortune. Hotel guests were also invited to see the lion dance performance which took place at F All-Day Dining.

Aside from the Chinese rituals, F1 Hotel Manila also offered an auspicious Asian themed buffet which was specifically prepared for the occasion. Engineered by executive chef Angelo Timban, the restaurant showed off its fine buffet spread for lunch or dinner, with dimsum, wok-fried chicken with Hainan sauce, and lechon Macau as some of the great delicacies.

Festive buffets are not only limited during Chinese New Year, F1 Hotel Manila also offers their Filipino-Mexican Buffet Spread every Friday and Saturday for the whole month of February for only 1,699 Pesos nett per person.
