Started out in 2012, LUZVIMINDA has been the annual celebration of F All-Day Dining to commemorate the National Independence Day.

Three guest chefs will work with Executive Chef Decker Gokioco to enliven the classical recipes from the country’s main island groups, using modern techniques in cooking: Chef Mikel Zaguirre (Locavore) for Luzon, Chef Dennis Uy (Meximama) for Visayas, and Chef Kalel Chan (Museum Café) for Mindanao.
