Last weekend, amateur Filipino skateboarders who won at the DEW TOUR AM SERIES bootcamps in Laguna, Cebu and Davao met for the ultimate face-off at the Circuit Makati to win 75,000 Pesos in cash and a Dew Tour Trip in the US.
Aside from the 2-day competition, the Circuit Makati grounds also hosted a demo from Mountain Dew pro skateboarders Theotis Beasley, Chris Colbourn and Reemo Pearson.
The three pro skateboarders together with their Pinoy counterparts was first introduced via a media launch held at B-Side, The Collective in Makati City, a day before the main weekend events.
B-Side was transformed into an instant skatepark where the three imports and other players warmed-up for the big day showing a couple of awesome tricks and skills – a preview of what’s going to happen at Circuit Makati.
Here are the highlights of the media launch:
The whole event was hosted by Mountain Dew.
Hailed as the big winners of the Dew Tour AM Series MNL 2016 are Mak Feliciano, Rasheed Al Rasheed and Rap Santos.
