The Instax & Crafts DIY mania invades the Ayala Malls Market! Market! yesterday as style blogger, model and host Janeena Chan led the crowd of Instax users and Scrapbooking enthusiasts to an afternoon of fun activities and lots of crafting tips and tricks of the trade.

FUJIFILM Philippines has really changed the way we use and display our photos through its trendy Instax cameras, printers, films and accessories.

What we thought could be just an ordinary tool for documentation (capture & store) can now easily become a work of tangible art! It also brought back the fun in printing pictures on actual paper and preserving wonderful memories through photo albums.

We realized that millennials not only enjoy seeing their favorite memories on Instax prints, they also enjoy displaying them and sharing them with friends and loved ones. Through Instax & Crafts, we hope that they can see that there are many ways on how they can display and preserve these memories,” shares FUJIFILM division head for electronic and photo imaging Takuya Maeda

With the help of Arts & Crafts experts Mikko Sumulong (I Try DIY) and Marielle Nadal-Reyes (Craft Manila), all the participants are treated to a crash course on how to showcase their Instax photos through DIY greeting cards and paper-die cut mobiles.

The event was held at the Activity Center of Market! Market! at around 1 in the afternoon. Participants were given around 20 minutes to finish their DIY projects while listening to the wonderful and soothing sound of indie artist Ransom Collective playing live at the Instax & Crafts stage.
