You can easily associate robots with Japanese technology – they’re the forerunner when it comes to robotics. Now equate this with grilled food – what will you have?
I would really love to go to Roboto San just to see what it’s like to eat grilled food inside a robot-inspired restaurant. I was able to visit and eat there last Month when I was invited to a TV5 event. The restaurant is located at the 2nd floor of Crossroads in BGC (Bonifacio Global City), Taguig.
The place is more nostalgic than Hi-Tech. So there’s nothing really robotic or futuristic about the restaurant but it has a really fun interior with all those Japanese vintage robot cartoons posted at the back of every seats and almost everywhere. What you should really look forward to are their buffet dishes.
They have those smokeless grills built in on every table so you can cook your own food but if you don’t want to cook, they also have dishes that are ready to eat so there’s really no reason why you shouldn’t try eating at this place.
Pre-marinated meats, sushi bar, local delicacies, pasta, pizza, desserts – you name it.. they have it. I personally love the grilled food though.
Food is great, ambiance is cool and price is reasonable.
