And speaking of the Philippine TalentMap Initiative which has actually spawned the creation of the idea for a National Strategic Workforce Development Plan, SFI Group of Companies President and CEO Luis Alberto Anastacio is hopeful of what the Alliance will achieve in the coming years in support of what has already been done.

The alliance highlights the importance of integration and inclusion of all the key stakeholders in the advancement of human capital of the Philippines. The creation of a policy or law that addresses human capital and workforce development will therefore open opportunities for more Filipinos making them competitive and at par with global standards.
