F1 Hotel Manila and F All-Day Dining presents its new ala carte menu offerings – classic Filipino cuisines infused with different techniques and traditions from various continents.
The selection was carefully curated by the hotel’s Executive Chef, Angelo “Chubby” Timban, who is known for creating classic inimitable dishes. The focus is to produce quality dishes with ingredients delivered fresh everyday from local suppliers to secure the upper-class quality of taste and texture.
The new Ala Carte menu offers a wide range of gastronomical selections but also retained long-standing favorites, including the all-time favorite Mexinigang; Philippines famous Sinigang infused with a Mexican twist.
From appetizers and main courses to the choices for desserts, the highlights of the menu are the chef’s three recommended dishes. The “Chairman’s” Burger, which is the hotel owner’s personal favorite is made with US grade home-made patty, spread with salsa sauce and topped with swiss cheese and a Sloppy Joe fries on the side for delicious contentment.
Followed by the eccentric Classico Rogu Pasta which is made with a pasta combination of Italian-Filipino Caldereta sauce, garnished with tasty black croutons and potatoes.
And lastly, the 3-Way Lechon for the pork lovers! Carefully steamed and roasted pork for those delicate features and deep-fried the second time for scrumptious crispness on every bite sided to serve with bagoong rice.
