To appeal to more Filipinos traveling to Taiwan, the Taiwan Tourism Bureau invited Taiwanese travel agencies to join in a two-day travel promotion event at Robinsons Place Manila this coming November 10 and 11.
Based on a data from the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines, there were 290,784 visitors from Philippines last year, surging 68.59% over the year before.
Taiwan Tourism Bureau’s statistics said that this year from January to August, there were already more than 285,000 Philippine visitors traveling to Taiwan.
For the event on the 10th and 11th at Robinsons Place Manila, Taiwan Tourism Bureau has prepared lots of activities for mall goers. There will be performances of aboriginal dances, DIY Beadworks and other family friendly activities.
Dedicated stalls will feature Taiwanese theme parks, hot springs, gourmets and other attractions.
The organizer also invited local web celebrity director “Mark Christian” to share his experiences of shooting a travel film in Taiwan.
On top of these activities, the Taiwan Tourism Bureau has prepared special tokens for guests which are all redeemable at the Tourism Bureau counter with purchase of any package tour or flight and hotel package during the event.
Before departure, remember to go to Taiwan Tourism Information Center to redeem exclusive freebie with a round-trip electronic ticket and a copy of two night legal lodging reservation.
