So how did MAX COLLINS celebrate her last birthday as a bachelorette?

The Kapuso actress who we all loved in shows like Bubble Gang, Pahiram Ng Sandali and Juan Tamad turned 25 last Monday (August 28) but celebrated it five days early on August 24 together with her GMA Artist Center family and the young ComArts (Communication Arts) students of Colegio de San Lorenzo (CSL) in Quezon City.

Though feeling a bit under the weather that day, Max joined the CSL students for a special skin care and make-up tutorial session with the help of some experts from Ever Bilena.

The event was short but fun and full of wonderful learning, the young ladies from CSL (especially those graduating next year) will surely be able to make use of everything that they have learned during the event when they apply for work or start their careers as young professionals.

Max Collins however is taking on a new path and role soon when she becomes a MRS to MR. PANCHO MAGNO.

It was in May this year when Max finally said yes to long-time boyfriend and fellow Kapuso actor Pancho Magno and wedding plans are already on its way. She revealed during the event that their Christian wedding is scheduled on December and that her wedding gown will be designed by top fashion designer Francis Libiran.

After the wedding, the soon to be newlyweds plans to immediately go to Italy, Spain and Greece for their honeymoon.

I asked Max on what made her say yes to Pancho and she said they’ve been friends for a very long time and have been in a relationship for more than three years already. In short, she knows Pancho very well.

She also commented that what she loved about Pancho very much is that he’s God-fearing. That he’s the kind of person that’s “husband material”.

Max also said that they’ve talked about post wedding arrangements and that nothing will change in terms of their careers in showbiz. In fact, Max will be busy with several upcoming projects like “Alex and Amy” a GMA Public Affairs produced show with Mikael Daez. She will also be in “Citizen Jake” which stars Atom Araullo, this is the comeback film of award-winning director Mike De Leon.

Max also announced that she will also be part of an upcoming TV series on GMA Network soon.

Max Collins’ birthday event at Colegio de San Lorenzo was hosted by Joemari and Yasser of the Kapuso all-male group ONE UP. Also supporting the event were Goldilocks and Jellyace.
