KRIS BERNAL just turned 28 years old a week ago on the 17th of May!
It’s like a second debut for the Kapuso star who hailed from the successful reality talent search show Starstruck Season IV eleven (11) years ago. After renewing her contract with GMA Artist Center last March, Kris went on to do her first SEXY and most DARING photo shoot for FHM Philippines – launching her to a more mature stature in local showbusiness.
During her post birthday celebration with fans at the Karaoke Pop KTV in Cubao a day after her birthday, Kris Bernal thanked her fans and GMA Artist Center family for their continued support.
It was a fun party filled with songs and surprises sponsored by Kris’ friends from Goldilocks, Tous Les Jours, Zanea, Saporro Noodles, Tony and Jackey, Fly Shades, Air Optix Colors and Tatiomax.
The program was hosted by Tess Bomb.
During the interview, Kris said that she will be starring in the reboot of the drama series IMPOSTORA which is scheduled for airing on June 12 replacing Legally Blind.
IMPOSTORA which is a TV drama series loosely based in the 1994 film “Sa Isang Sulok Ng Pangarap” which starred Alice Dixson, first aired 10 years ago (2007) on GMA and starred Iza Calzado.
Kris will portray the roles of twins Nymfa and Rosette in the reboot directed by Albert Langitan.
Other cast includes Rafael Rosell (Leandro), Louise Delos Reyes (Martina) and Ryan Eigenmann (Arturo).
In other news, her MEAT KRIS burger stall is now set to expand to two new locations – one will be situated near the University of Santo Tomas and the other one at Kapitolyo.
She also mentioned that they’ll be coming out with more burger variants (Impestora, Juicy Lucy, Truffle and FHM burger) that will surely bring a customer’s burger experience to bold new heights just like her career.
So what would constitute a successful showbiz career for Kris Bernal? Aside from arriving to a point where she is already contented and not wanting more – an acting award would be her ultimate goal in life.
Happy Birthday Kris Bernal!
