Five millennial culinary entrepreneurs, an open kitchen and an excellent menu of western dishes that’s always MADE NICE!
Who would’ve thought that an Enderun casual meeting would result to a partnership that will give birth to an amazing restaurant within the busy Makati Central Business District.
MADE NICE SUPPER CLUB is the brainchild of five young vibrant individuals led by Head Chef Jack Flores.
The other members of the team are Gabi Ramos-Flores (Pastry Chef, and Jack’s wife), Raul Flores (Sous and Pasta Chef), Wren Go and Toby Panlilio who both handles general operation and marketing.
Here is a photo of the team with their parents:
Located at the ground level of the PPI Building along Esteban St., Legaspi Village in Makati City, MADE NICE SUPPER CLUB is just a couple of blocks away from Dela Rosa and Rufino.
It features a minimalist and industrial community casual dining set-up that is gaining popularity in most part of the world today. Easily identifiable with long tables made for sharing, it’s also a favorite theme for green restos which is another food concept that’s getting much attention as well here and abroad.
It’s fine dining meets fast food convenience at the very least.
MADE NICE SUPPER CLUB got its name from the idea that the group is in the business of creating dishes that is always “Made Nice” all the time. And I guess without much thought, one could deduce that the term supper club is a witty connotation derived from the popular 80s group title “The Breakfast Club.”
Why supper? Because they’re only open from 6:30 to 10:00pm!
Well anyway, supper is served! Let’s take a look at what’s on the MADE NICE SUPPER CLUB menu.
Apart from hot and cold beverages and a list of alcoholic drinks, MN’s main menu brochure is divided into three parts: Firsts! (Appetizers and Snacks), Then! (Entree) and Finally! (Desserts).

Two weeks ago, my supper was MADE NICE and I tasted almost everything on the menu. My top three favorites are:
Drowned everything in with a bottle of their awesome tasting Tarsier Wheat Beer.
The MADE NICE SUPPER CLUB team doesn’t have any plans yet of expanding their operations to other locations and it’s understandable since they only opened last year. The exclusivity of the place (location and menu) made it even more enticing especially to Manila’s die-hard foodies!
Visit MADE NICE SUPPER CLUB 6:30 to 10:00 in the evening – located at the ground floor of the PPI Building, Esteban St., Legaspi Village Makati City. FOLLOW them on Facebook at @MadeNicePH
