A bright new beginning in a brand-new home!
New homeowners will soon be welcomed into their wonderful abodes when Amaia Land starts delivering units in 7 more of its developments before the end of 2016. Amaia Land has already delivered almost 3,000 homes in 16 projects to its clients, of which 1,000 were given earlier this year.

“We take pride in seeing customers pleased with their new homes. During turnover, clients excitedly envision the look they want for their units. We accompany them to our model units and answer questions they have about unit improvements,” said Tricia Macawile of Amaia’s Customer Care Group.
House turnover preparations are mete out with utmost care to guarantee the highest level of quality for clients. According to Macawile,
“We ensure readiness, cleanliness, and completeness of units. When clients find minor items for rectification, we ensure that these are handled on the day of the turnover or that these are addressed within 7 days.”
