Max’s Restaurant ended their “2 Days in September” two-day marketing conference with a grand party at Whitespace in Pasong Tamo Ext., Makati City last Thursday night (September 18).  Dubbed as ‘Max’s Celebration of Delight’, the gathering was attended by Max’s Restaurant branch managers and officers and the company’s executive board headed by its President Mr. Robert F. Trota.

It was a formal but relaxing affair highlighted by some vintage photo exhibit at the lobby area showing Max’s Restaurant’s 69 years of great Filipino heritage that started with Maximo Giminez‘s ‘Sarap To The Bones’ chicken recipe way back in 1945.

Hosting the event is pretty model and actress Iya Villania who introduced Max’s Restaurant CEO Ms. Carolyn Patricia Salud for the welcoming remarks.  Max’s Marketing Director Mr. Mark Gamboa talked about the company’s core values – Genuine, Thoughtful and Delightful and connected it with the company’s aim to make every Max’s Restaurant delivery transaction a ‘delightful’ experience for both the customers and the restaurant.

With that, Max’s Restaurant reintroduced its Max’s Delivery online and Max’s 7-9000 delivery complete with new rider uniforms and a new Max’s delivery jingle performed by brothers Medwin and Eugene Marfil of True Faith.

Max’s Restaurant Marketing Manager for Delivery and E-Commerce Mr. Orly Villanueva led the riders to an oath-taking ceremony reciting the ‘Panata Ng Isang Max’s Rider.’

Max’s Restaurant delivery performance has contributed to the company’s over-all growth of 20% this year as relayed by Ms. Salud during her welcoming remarks.  The relaunching of Max’s Delivery is a strong statement that the Filipino restaurant aims to continue this ‘winning’ streak and attributes it to the commitment of all the branches in adhering to the company’s principle of providing a delightful experience to all their delivery customers.

Special recognition was given to Max’s Quezon City Circle branch for delivering a whooping 1 million worth of delivery sales in the span of 1 month.

Personally, I have experienced Max’s Restaurant’s delivery a couple of times last month and indeed every single one was really a delightful experience- it’s fast and the riders were all courteous, truly dedicated to keeping you satisfied with their services.  I usually order online, I haven’t tried their 7-9000 yet but I think that it’s going to be the same experience as well.

Kudos to Max’s Restaurant – great food and great service!  Proud that it’s Filipino!
