CHADO, a local tea shop that offers healthy alternative tea blends in the Philippines is currently expanding its horizon towards asian comfort food and affordable but delicious pinoy classic meals.
I recently visited their newest store called Quick Stomach located at the Blue Bay Walk, a Federal Land commercial complex along Macapagal Boulevard and EDSA extention in Pasay City. Pinoy meals, classic Asian dimsums and signature Chado blends – fastfood restaurant style and at prices that are very affordable.
Our hosts Denny Munoz, Ronato Tan and Lorenzo Miranda offered us a taste of some of their dishes – and by ‘some’ I meant a ‘lot’.. and by ‘offered’ I meant ‘feed us to kingdome come!’ (hehe)
Let me take you on a mouth-watering visual tour of the dishes that we’ve sampled that day.
Aside from the main and all-day breakfast dishes, Quick Stomach also has a lot of dimsum selections like Siomai (70), Sharksfin (70), Hakaw (98), Siao Long Pao (70), Chicken Feet (70), Siopao, Dumpling and many others.
To complete the meal experience are the wonderful drinks from Chado – my favorite is the wintermelon milk tea blend!
