AVIDA, Ayala Land’s mid-range property development group opened last October 17 (Thursday) its Makati Showroom located at the 2nd floor of Glorietta 4.
The Glorietta 4 showroom is AVIDA LAND‘s biggest. Occupying a total 450 square meters of floor area inside the mall and conveniently situated near the junction that connects Glorietta 4 to SM Makati.
The Makati Showroom will allow visitors to view studio, one bedroom and two bedroom model units typical of the three new AVIDA LAND projects: Avida Towers ASTEN, Avida Towers ALTURA and SERIN West Tagaytay.
This model is based on Avida Towers ASTEN’s 23 square meter unit designed primarily for young professionals.
ONE BEDROOM UNIT
This model unit is designed for Avida Land’s first prime vacation property development SERIN West Tagaytay.
TWO BEDROOM UNIT
This model unit is designed for Avida Towers ALTURA located at the South Park District of Muntinlupa and Avida Land’s first 6-hectare huge mixed-use property development.
“The showroom gives people an idea of what their future Avida home can look like,” says MR. CHRISOPHER MAGLANOC, Avida Land President. “We want to give them a preview of homes that Avida offers – thoughtfully-designed, located in secure communities and just within reach for young professionals, newlyweds and emerging families.”
Also present during the grand opening is AYALA LAND, INC. (ALI) President MR. ANTONIO AQUINO.
“We are proud of this latest Avida milestone which showcases its latest product offerings in a very accessible location here in Glorietta.” Mr. Aquino said.
The Avida Showroom Glorietta is open to the public between 10AM to 9PM from Monday to Thursday and 10AM to 10PM from Friday to Sunday.
