2497_143029965887987_123085100_nWe, Filipinos are one of the most thoughtful people in the world – being Family-oriented, it is embedded in our culture and traditions.  We have the words PO and OPO to convey respect and thoughtfulness most especially to older family members and even to complete strangers.  We would greet people with a symbolic act of respect which we call as “Pagmamano” and end the simplest encounters with the words “Paalam” and “Ingat.”  I am so very proud to be a Filipino.

Unilab and Paracetamol BIOGESIC launched a couple of weeks ago their “Ingat Na Damang Dama Stories” online campaign soliciting touching BIOGESIC-inspired stories of thoughtfulness from people.  Ten (10) entries will be selected to win 5,000 pesos and one of the selected entries will be produced as a short film for the BIOGESIC campaign.  Those interested may send their story (written or in video format) via the BIOGESIC FB Page APP or through twitter using the hashtag #ingatnadamangdama or email it to [email protected]

Just like the many people who joined the campaign already, I too have a lot of Ingat na Damang Dama experiences and come to think of it, some of them really involves the use of Paracetamol BIOGESIC.  I grow up with Paracetamol BIOGESIC.  Our medicine cabinet at home is never without it and it’s always on our list of things to bring whenever we go out on trips.  Described as the safest and mildest analgesic around, it really comes in handy specially during the rainy season when we are usually exposed to harsh environmental conditions that may cause headaches and other discomforts.
