With the aim of promoting the ILOCANO CUISINE, ILocos Sur Vice-Governor Deogracias Victor “DV” Savellano husband of well-loved actress Dina Bonnevie-Savellano together with sibling Reina Virginia Savellano partnered with well-known Chef and family friend Heny Sison to come up with a new Restaurant right at the corner of 11th Jamboree and Scout Rallos that offers authentic Ilocano dishes and other Filipino specialties – VICTORINO’S.
VICTORINO’S is named after the patriarch of the Savellano family. The restaurant is divided into seven (7) areas designed to retain that authentic Ilocano Heritage by architect Arnel Dayanghari and Interior Designer Maja Olivares who worked on recreating the ambiance of a cozy Ilocano home. Filled with antique collections and fabulous art pieces from the glass windows, chandeliers, wooden planks, cabinets, decorative jars, and vintage furniture. This 2-storey house is more than a restaurant, it is a small museum.
Allows visitors to take home a piece of Ilocos with them like the famous Vigan Longganisa, Bagnet and Empanada. Bottled goodies are also available like pickled quail eggs, shallots (lasona), sili, bangus sardines, dulong tapenade, mango and tomato jams.
Enjoy some grilled burgers and steaks with your wine in this area.
