The Results Companies, one of the world’s leading customer experience management partners in the business processing outsourcing (BPO) space, formally opened their third (3rd) site in the Philippines last May 23 (Wednesday) at Q Plaza Cainta in front of the Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall.
The grand opening was graced by Cainta Mayor Mon Ilagan and Vice Mayor Roberto Sicat together with Results Executive Team led by President and COO Alec Brecker and SVP for Operations Aaron Fender.
According to Mayor Mon Ilagan, The Results Companies is the 2nd call center locator in Cainta. Tele Tech which is located inside the Robinsons Mall in Ortigas Junction as the first.

The Results Companies operates in two other locations in the country – Silver City in Pasig and Eastwood in Quezon City.
The Q Plaza site is expected to tap into heavily populated suburban areas such as Quezon City, Marikina, and neighboring Rizal towns. It will focus on mostly voice-based marketing work for clients based in the US. The initial phase will result in a 250-seat capacity and will employ about 800 workers over the next 12 months. More employment opportunities not only for Cainta Residents but the whole of Mega Manila and their neighboring provinces.
